George Tomsco, founder of iconic group The Fireballs, burst onto the rock and roll scene with hits such as “Torquay”, “Bulldog” and “Sugar Shack”. He has influenced countless rock, surf and instrumental guitar bands since the 1960’s with his distinctive guitar work.

Backing George Tomsco at the Record Surplus performance is 3 Balls of Fire, featuring Pete Curry (Los Straightjackets) on drums, Marty Tippens (Insect Surfers) on guitar and Dave Provost (Davie Allan) on bass.
